To ensure a secure and compliant partnership, please complete the Know Your Customer process (KYC) and undergo verification of your organization. This process is a mandatory procedure that helps us verify your credentials as part of the Katanox customer due diligence requirements (CDD) to maintain a trustworthy and reliable network of partners. You can find more information about the steps to complete your KYC here.

Below, you can find a list of the documents needed to go through the KYC application:

  • A Chamber of Commerce extract or a copy of your organization’s official business registration not older than 6 months:

The extract must clearly contain the company name, address, directors (representatives) and the organization’s registration number.

💡 A UBO extract can also be used provided it contains the information mentioned above

  • Copies of a valid ID or passport of the:

    • Applicant

The applicant must be legally authorized to sign documents on behalf of the organization, such as an authorized director or respresentative as evidenced by your Chamber of Commerce extract or Business registration record

    • The directors or authorized representative(s) of the organization

💡 Please ensure that you do not de-identify information on your ID or passport documents by - for instance - blacking out the photo or other information

  • A bank statement copy that verifies the legal entity name and bank account of your organization not older than 6 months. The purpose of this document is to provide proof of address of your organization

We will notify you of the verification status once we have received and reviewed your KYC application. Please note that the time required for verification may vary depending on the volume of submissions.
