Setting up your Apaleo integration can be done in just 10 minutes, with no technical expertise needed. We provide a straightforward process with step-by-step guidance through a video and instructions to make it easy for you.
Before starting, please just make sure that you are logged into your Apaleo account so that you can authenticate the login in the first step.
Then, go to Katanox and create an account.
1. To get started, simply click on the Connect PMS button and then select New integration from the top right corner of the page. From the drop-down menu, choose Apaleo and click on Import to Katanox.
3. To finalize the setup process, head over to the Property settings to complete your profile on Katanox. It's essential to provide as much detail as possible as this information will be showcased on the travel seller's websites. Stand out by:
- Uploading your best photos
- Including detailed descriptions
- Selecting your amenities
- Writing descriptions in multiple languages
- Listing your facilities
- Pinpointing your exact location
- Crafting a compelling property description
