Clock PMS+ integration

Setting up your Clock PMS+ integration can be done in just 10 minutes, with no technical expertise needed. We provide a straightforward process with step-by-step guidance through a video and instructions to make it easy for you.

  1. Access your Clock PMS+ account by logging in, navigating to the Settings section, and selecting API Users.

     

  2. When you access the API user, ensure to complete all required fields. Don't forget to tick the Acknowledgement box, choose Hotel Demo (Hotel), and then, under Grand Rights - PMS, select Access: basic. Once done, simply click on Save to proceed.

     

  3. Navigate back to API Users, then select Edit next to the Katanox user. Here, you can generate a new API key by clicking on Create API Key. Don't forget to save both your new API Key and PMS API URL, as you will require them for the next part of the setup process.

     

  4. Now you can sign up on Katanox and fill in your details.

     

  5. In the Katanox page, confirm your email address and log into your account. Now you can easily connect to Clock PMS+ by selecting Connect PMS, then choosing New Integration and Clock PMS+ from the options. Here, you can input your PMS API URL and API KEY, along with your Username, and simply click Import to Katanox to proceed.

     

  6. To begin mapping your inventory, return to the Clock PMS+ homepage without closing your Katanox account. Navigate to Settings and select OTA Channel Settings. From there, locate Katanox and click on Open to start the mapping process.

    Start by selecting New, then input your Room Type and Max Rooms before clicking on Create for each category. Remember to keep the OTA Room Type Code field empty, as it will be automatically generated for you. Click on Create to proceed.

     

  7. After mapping your rooms, proceed to set up your rates by selecting New next to Rate Map. Choose the rates you want to add to our platform from the Rate list and click on Create for each one.

    Choose one option in the Deposit auto-payment and leave no for the Export of prices disabled only and for the Export of rates and restrictions disabled. Remember to keep the Ota room type Code field empty as it will be automatically generated for you. Click on "Create" to save your settings.

    Repeat this process for all rate plans you wish to include on our platform.

     

  8. Return to the Katanox Platform, locate your property, and navigate to the Policies section. Click on the Create button to add your cancellation policies, ensuring to include terms like Flexible, 24h, No Show, and more. Don't forget to click Save to finalize your policy uploads.

     

  9. To link your policies with the appropriate rate plans, navigate to Rate Plans, click on View, and then add the Policies accordingly. Don't forget to click Save to confirm your selections.

     

  10. Ensure that your Katanox profile is complete to enhance visibility on travel seller websites. Stand out by uploading high-quality photos, providing detailed descriptions, selecting amenities, adding descriptions in multiple languages, listing facilities, specifying your exact location, and crafting an appealing description.

11. Once you complete your profile click Save, then slide the button from Off to On.
