Setting up your Guestline integration is a quick and straightforward process. No technical expertise is needed, and we have simplified it with the following easy-to-follow instructions.
Before beginning the onboarding process for your properties, make sure you have your credentials readily available.
1. After successfully registering on Katanox, access the Integrations tab located under the profile icon. From there, click on New Integration and choose Guestline to seamlessly import your properties into Katanox.
2. Select the property you wish to configure. Ensure you have the necessary Guestline Property Vendor ID and property details on hand. Proceed by clicking on the Create button to initiate the setup process.
3. Enter the Username, Password, and Endpoint for the property, then proceed by clicking on the Create button.
4. Next, you will input the names and IDs for your units and rate plans. Simply enter the required information and click on the Save button to complete this step.
Once your integration is finished, click on Go to home to set up the content for your property using our Content Guide on the Katanox platform. This guide will assist you in configuring your property, rooms, policies, and all other content-related aspects.
Adding More Properties to Your Account
To include additional properties to your account, simply repeat the same process within the existing account.
