1. Partnership: This is the foundation. Here, you and the buyer agree to work together and establish general guidelines for collaboration. Think of it as setting the ground rules, such as confidentiality, customer service expectations, and data usage. These terms might be further customized later.

 

2. Contract: This gets down to specifics. It outlines the exact inventory (rooms) the buyer can sell, their commission for each sale, and any restrictions on the sale (like minimum rates or location limitations).
