Partnerships and contracts

After establishing a high-level partnership with our Buyers, you can start working with them with specific terms and conditions.

Building a successful relationship with buyers involves two key steps:

1. Partnership: This is the foundation. Here, you and the buyer agree to work together and establish general guidelines for collaboration. Think of it as setting the ground rules, such as confidentiality, customer service expectations, and data usage. These terms might be further customized later.

2. Contract: This gets down to specifics. It outlines the exact inventory (rooms) the buyer can sell, their commission for each sale, and any restrictions on the sale (like minimum rates or location limitations).

Creating a New Contract

After a partnership between a Buyer and a Supplier is established. You can start sending contracts.

Requirements:

  • An existing partnership with the Buyer

1. Select Partnerships from your main page, then Create Contract

2. Choose the Buyer(s) you want to establish the contract with and click Next

3. Select the properties you want to include in the contract and click Next

 

4. Here, you'll define the key terms of your offer:

  • Proposed Commission: Enter the commission percentage you'd like to earn on bookings

  • Contract Duration: Specify the length of time the contract will be valid

  • Date Basis: Choose whether the commission applies based on booking dates or guest stay dates

5. Select the specific trading rate(s) associated with this contract. For example, you only want your non-refundable rate to have a 12% commission for this Buyer. Click Next

A summary of your contract details will be displayed in this step. Carefully review everything before clicking Submit

Your proposal was successfully sent to the Buyer and it’s currently pending until they accept it.
