You can set up your Apaleo integration in as little as 10 minutes. There is no technical knowledge required to complete the entire process and we have made it very easy with the step-by-step video and instructions.
Before starting, please just make sure that you are logged into your Apaleo account so that you can authenticate the login in the first step.
Then, go to app.katanox.com/register and create an account.
Once you are in, click on the Connect PMS button. Then, click on New integration on the top right of the page. Select Apaleo from the drop-down menu and then click on Import to Katanox.
Once you authenticate your account, you will see Apaleo under Integrations in settings. Click View, select the properties you would like to sync and click on Import selection.
We are nearly there! The next step is to complete your profile by going to Property settings. Make sure that your profile on Katanox is complete as possible since this is what will be displayed on the travel seller’s websites, make sure you stand out by:
Uploading your best photos;
Adding extra detailed descriptions;
Choosing your amenities;
Adding descriptions in other languages;
Adding your facilities;
Adding your exact location;
Writing a great description.

4. Once your profile is complete, turn the property on by sliding the button on the top right and that is it - now just sit back and relax while we distribute your inventory to a new generation of travel sellers!
