You can set up your Mews integration in as little as 10 minutes. There is no technical knowledge required to complete the entire process and we have made it very easy with a step-by-step video and instructions.

Step 1: The first step would be to simply open your PMS account, click on the menu button and then click on "Marketplace". You will find us under "Distribution" or you can simply search for Katanox

Step 2: Within the Katanox's settings you can import your "Channel Manager Rates" just by clicking on it. By default, probably all your rates will be automatically uploaded, but if there is one or more you wish not to sync, simply click on the "Channel Manager ID", uncheck the "Synchronised" box and save it.

Step 3: To upload your inventory, go to "Channel Manager Categories" and again by default, your room types/units will be automatically uploaded. Again, if you wish not to sync one or more of your rooms/units you can always uncheck the "Synchronised" box by clicking on the "Channel Manager ID" and save it.

Step 4: In order to add any products with their specific rates, go to "Channel Manager Product". Click the "+" button on the top right of your PMS and select your product (this can be "breakfast" or "romantic package", for example). Then you can add the "Channel ID" to the product selected and press on "Create". Go back to "Channel Manager Rates" and click on the rate you wish to edit. Once you're in the rate's settings, click on the top right the "+" button and choose the "Channel Manager Product" and click on "create it". You will find it at the bottom of your "Channel Manager Rate".

Step 5: Copy your "Channel Manager ID" and open

Step 6: Once you've registered, you can click on "Connect PMS", then click on "New Integration" on the top right, select your PMS and paste your "Channel Manager ID" in the "Connection Token" field and click on "Go To Integration".

Step 7: We're almost there! Go to "Policies" and click on "Create New Policies" in order to add all the policies you might have (for example "free cancellation", "full flexible", "no-show" etc.) and save it. Following, go to "Rate Plans", click on "View" and add the cancellation policies you've just created through the "Policies" field at the bottom right of the page and save it.

Step 8: Finally, on the top right of your Katanox account, click on "Property Settings" where you can see your Accommodation profile. Most of the information it will be imported from your PMS but make sure that you have the most up to date information, a nice description, appropriate photos, address and etc. Once this page will look like an advertisement for your accommodation, the more completed it is, the more effective it will turn out.

Now you can activate your property by clicking "On" to the top right and save it.

Step 9: Here we are! Go back to your PMS and check the "Enabled" box on the Katanox profile.

Step 10: That's it! You're all set. Now all you have to do is sit back, relax, and let us distribute your inventory for you.
