After you set up your cancellation and no-show policies, you need to attach them to the correct rate plans.

On your main page, click on Rate Plans

Choose the rate plan you want to attach a policy and click on Edit

On Policies:

Choose one or multiple cancellation policies for Cancellation

Choose a policy for No Show

On Units:
-
Add or remove units connected to this rate plan

Make sure the rate plan is turned on and Save your changes
Your policies are now connected to your rate plans.
