For now, cancellation and no-show policies are set up manually. These policies are the same ones offered on your PMS. You will need to create your policies on Katanox, as soon as the PMS is connected.
Click on Policies and then Create
Create your policies accordingly. You can create as many policies as needed for your property and you will be able to choose:
Policy Type (Cancellation & No-show)
Personalized Name
Description
Charge Type (Fixed, Percentage or Nights)
Amount
When to charge (Prior to Arrival or After Booking, including Days and the time the policy will be effective)
Click Save
You are ready to connect your policies to your rate plans.
