After you set up your cancellation and no-show policies, you just need to attach them to the correct rate plans.
On your main page, click on Rate Plans
Choose the rate plan you want to attach a policy and click on Edit
On Policies:
Choose one or multiple cancellation policies for Cancellation
Choose a policy for No Show
On Units:
Add or remove units connected to this rate plan
Make sure the rate plan is turned on and Save your changes
You are all set. Your policies are connected to your rate plans.
